RULES & REGULATIONS
- Shankus Natural Health Centre reserves all the rights regardings admission to the treatment Program.
- The centre may refuse treatment to any person for any reason before or during the treatment.
- If the treatment is discontinued, the fees will be calculated according to the below rules.
- Changes in the booking dates & cancellations are only possible in extreme circumstances and will be accepted at the discretion of the Centre.
- All treatment bookings are non-transferable & non-refundable.
- To notify any changes in the booking, please inform the centre. You will be provided with a reference for the change in booking.
- If you decide to leave early or the number of days is reduced for any reason, you will be charged according to the package booked. There will be no refund of any kind.
CANCELATION OR RESCHEDULING CHARGES
- 31 days prior to the date of arrival, 20% of the booking fee will be deducted.
- 15 days prior to the date of arrival, 60% of the booking fee will be deducted.
- 7 days prior to the date of arrival, 90% of the booking fee will be deducted.
- The above charges apply to the advance booking amount only.
- The prices are calculated from the first day of booking.
